Unable to login to PAD

Dear PAD community, 

 

I have a funny issue, I hope you may be able to help. 

Here is the setup:

  • I have a Win Server 2019 VM running on Azure
  • I log in to this VM with my corporate O365 account. Then I open PAD and log in with an O365 service account - that works fine.
  • If I log in to this VM with my service O365 account, then open PAD and log try logging in with the same account I get this:

    The machine is (obviously) connected to the Internet. The service account has an E1 license and is added to one environment in PP. Have you had anything like this?
