dear All,
I'm trying to export tasks data from Planner to Excel table. All data are exported but dueDateTime, startDateTime ana completedDatTime are in format '2020-01-25T00:00:00Z' and I need in format 2021-01-25 ['yyyy-MM-dd'].
I tried a lot of different way suggested without any significant result.
Could someone help me please?
cheers

Hi,
You are in a wrong area though 😊 because here is the community for Power Automate Desktop, try this, it does work well anyway. Create a variable and set the due date to a variable before converting it.
Thanks and hope it can help you.

Hi,
thanks for reply. Can I move issue to proper section?
Solution suggested by you works fine with one variable but if I set all three variables I need convert, doesn't work. Only the first is set with correct data while other two receive 'null' data.
I'll try to initialize a variable type matrix.
cheers,

Hi,
My suggestion is just an example for Due Date field, if you have more datetime fields then you have to create more variables for that since you can't use one variables for many fields at the same time.
Thanks and hope it can help you.
