We changed the microsoft password and since then we can no longer use power automtate desktop or run flows.
We have this error message when launching powerautomate desktop: an error occured while communicating with the cloud services . Make sure that access to the required cloud services aren't blocked and try again.
also knowing that we have a microsoft virtual machine.
we also have this error message on powerapss: One or more commands are not available due to the privileges you currently have for this environment.
Any help please?
On June 20, 2022 I too received this message and can't sign in to Power Automate Desktop. There's no record of IT blocking my access to cloud services. Please help!
Please follow the below steps:
1. Uninstall 'Power Automate Desktop' from Control Panel > Programs > Uninstall a Program
2. Open File Explorer and navigate to %localappdata% >Microsoft and delete 'Power Automate Desktop' folder.
3. Also, navigate to %programdata% > Microsoft and delete 'Power Automate Desktop' folder.
4. Re-start your machine.

You need to make sure firewall rules are updated or things might break.
