A tool that will create a list of all Flows that are using deprecated operations

When a company has many flows in production, it is a big manual process to figure out which ones use deprecated connectors or operations. It seems like it would not take a big effort on Microsoft's part to provide a Flow or a view in the Flow editor to list those that are using deprecated operations and need to be updated.
