Currently with "Start an approval" action, when it sends emails to approvers, email body contains "Date Created:" information in GMT timezone. There is no option to either hide it OR change it to other timezone say EST.
Thank you for your suggestion.
AGREED. We need to be able to customise approvals headings We use the approvals workflow for opt in/out requests and for content endorsement prior to approval. In those cases we don't need the word 'Approval' stamped on the top of the email. We should be able to change the headings to whatever suits the function.
Another vote to fix this so we can have our current timezone.
I think this may be fixed under the umbrella of another item in the roadmap about notifications being set to local time instead of UTC. I don't have the ID for it, but do remember seeing it in the Admin Msg Center. So there is hope!
agree the timestamp is very important to the flows

The more customizable the better. Why even display the time if it's not in a local timezone?
GMT is useless please allow us to edit Approval email fields or turn them off altogether!
Is there an ETA to customise this? If not, ability to hide/remove it all together?
Voted to include this functionality.
Voted to include this functionality. GMT dates are confusing to end users
Seems like a relatively simple adjustment that would make this application much more useful. I'm trying to demo the potential of Power Automate to management for approvals and this is not helping.
