Ability to designate a shared (organizational) folder as the target (i.e., when saving attachments)

As it currently stands, Flow can only designate a target folder relative to (underneath) a user's personal folder in Dropbox and OneDrive.


My use case scenario is that there is a daily Excel file being mailed to a list of folks. We want to set up (any one of) those folks with a flow that automatically saves the attachment from Office365 to a top-level shared folder in their Drobox for Business tenant (or OneDrive) from where it will then be pulled into Power BI reports. Such a folder already exists, and already has an existing collection of files.
