Actions for Microsoft Teams: Add to team, Remove from team

The following actions could be useful for Teams:

 

  • Add to team
  • Remove from team

Scenario:

We use Forms app to collect consent from users to participate in internal tests.

We would like to be able to use Flow to add or remove users from a Team based on answers in Form

P.S. I tried using Azure AD - Add to group, but member does not show up in Teams though he does become a member of underlying Office 365 Group

I would like to have members that fill out a form have access to the sharepoint list that is created afterwards, and adding them to a team will let them access if that list is in teams.

I can see that an actions to add a member to a team is available now, but it requires the AAD ID of the users thus presumably making it unlikely to be of use to citizen developers, why couldn't this use email address so that anyone could use it?
