Add CREATE AN EVENT action for Basecamp 3

I've been using Basecamp 2's CREATE AN EVENT action to create calendar events based on submissions to a Microsoft Form. It's essential to our team's workflow, but unfortunately not available in Basecamp 3, to which we'd like to upgrade. Please add CREATE AN EVENT to the Basecamp 3 connector 🙂

Basecamp says that there's already an integration for event creation in BC3:

how would that get added as an action option?
