Add MSFT Teams flow option to send a email when a voice call is received

Hi,

 

I am very new to Flow and etc, so my apologies if my wording is bad.

 

We are looking to see if when the " customer service " phone receives a call, we can have a email be sent. 

we would use this to create a case in our ticketing system in Dynamics 365 crm.

I failed to mention that this Customer service phone is managed by Microsoft Teams Phone system.
