Add "Create draft message" as an Action in Flow.

The ability to create a draft message in a mailFolder exists in the Outlook REST API as a POST. Would be helpful to have this added as an Action in FLOW. Would like the end user to be able to review and option to make changes to email before it gets sent.

Unfortunate this hasn't seen any development in a year. I have a workflow I've been hitting a lot of snags on, and having this function would solve a lot of my issues.

I'd like to automatically create a response in Drafts, also, and NOT send it automatically.  "The ability to create a draft message in a mailFolder that exists"

Has this been updated? Instead of saving in draft, send it to yourself?

Yeah same here. I'm having a business application, that uses a trigger to create an email in Outlook with everything filled out and attachments included, but I want the users to be able to write a body themselves. Now I have to send an email to the user himself, so that he can write the body and forward it. It's a little annoying, especially since Flow's great competitor Zapier does have this action.
