Add "log to Azure Application Insights" action (Track Event)

Right now we have the App Insights connector, but perhaps the most obvious/needed action is missing - the ability to log an event to my App Insights instance. I'd expect a "Track Event" action in Flow which would allow me to configure:

• App Insights ID
• Event name
• Custom dimensions
• Custom measurements

Potentially we should have a corresponding "Track Exception" action too. Being able to log these things from Flow would be great for enterprise scenarios..

AI is a heavily used monitoring service; enabling the proposed functionality would be a great addition!

I did manage to leverage the HTTP connector and send a custom metric to my given AI. Although this is working for now, having a connector that allows to send Metrics/Events would be great.
