Add transliteration support to the Microsoft Translator connector

Please add transliteration support to the Microsoft Translator connector. Currently there is no OOTB method to transliterate from one script (e.g. LATIN) to another (e.g. ARABIC).

The Microsoft Translator connectors only support translation, but not transliteration, which is limiting the use of this connector especially in situations where customers may want to print out a person name in various scripts. Not only that, but the translation may be misused and the result may be incorrect and even inappropriate.

Example: for the person name "Alex" the transliteration in Arabic should be "اليكس" ('aliks)

We can see that the API is supporting this, so there is no reason not to add this feature: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/translator/reference/v3-0-transliterate

Please let us know if you are planning to add this feature.
