Adding time labels to recurrence

It is an idea that I want to suggest. I am making in Power Automate automatic mails for monthly maintenance on clients and servers at clients. We have monthly fixed days for these maintenance. For example: Maintenance of the computers from customer A is the first Tuesday of the month and for customer B the last Thursday of the month.

Is it possible to create in the Recurrence trigger that you can choose at start date/time a specific day? For example: first Tuesday of the month?
