Can we get functionality to attach multiple items from SharePoint onto an O365 email in Microsoft Flow.
We have completed the ability to add as many items to an email as you would like. Read more here: https://flow.microsoft.com/blog/return-data-to-powerapps/
In addition to being able to attach multilple documents into a single email (we need this!), I also want to be able to select a specific document to attach to the email, if multiple attachments are available.
Application: We have a multi step approval process and on stage 1 we need all attachments on the item listing in SharePoint included in the email but on stage 4, I need one specific email (the order confirmation only) from the same item listing and do not want any of the other attachments sent. There will be several at this stage and none (outside of the order confirmation) are relevant to that stage.
Flow of the Week: Send multiple attachments on a single email)
Sunay Vaishnav, Senior Program Manager, Microsoft Flow presented a solution for this. But it dont work for me. Is there anyone who can speak about this?
I got it to work based on the (incomplete) post of Sunay. See https://blog.portiva.nl/2018/03/07/send-email-with-multiple-attachments-using-microsoft-flow-in-offi...
I have seen the multiple attachment capability. However, I'm not sure how much this satisfies the request. Seems that you have to know ahead of time how many you will need. My situation may have none, one, or more attachment requirements. Did someone find a way to trick this to work this way?
I would really like a container (.zip) or something to build prior to attachment, ideally... but if this in some way works for now with this function would be great.
You method hints that you do not always have the same number of attachments every time. Did you come up with another method??
