Append to Notes of Outlook Contacts

We use an online form where people can write specific questions for us. To date, I use flow to add them as a contact in Public Contacts but I cannot include their comment in notes. I have to do this separately.

It would be nice to be able to append to the beginning of notes, or at the end and include custom text of when the note was added.
