Hi,
Just like plugins in Dynamics 365 CRM, a Flow "Trigger" should also accept on Associate / Disassociate message when N:N records are created in Dynamics 365. This can be helpful in capturing some context from the N:N records and take necessary action on the same.
A simple example of this would be - We can use this trigger to send out a PowerApp notification once a record is associated in N:N relationship with one another
Hope this is useful.
Thanks!
