Change "Delete Item" to move to item to recycle bin (default SharePoint behavior)

Used a Delete Item flow action on a SP list to delete items that where older than 12 days. Default behavior in SharePoint puts deleted items into the recycle bin, however items deleted through the flow did not move to first or second stage recyle bin, they appear to have been permanently deleted. I am site collection admin. Please adjust this action so that it functions as SharePoint does. Thanks

Any update on this?

This is an absolute requirement. No way that deleted items are just gone and are permanentyl deleted without any possibility to restore them! This causes data loss.

Please implement this asap!

Thanks

Based upon my testing, it appears that this request has been implemented.  However, I have a situation where I need it to do the opposite.  I need to delete thousands of list items, and I need them to be permanently deleted.  Unfortunately, while I am a site collection admin, our I/T department does not allow use of PowerShell in our SP Online environment (won't install the latest version on our machines).  So, I can't take the script item.delete() approach.  Plus this particular list has many items insterted and deleted regularly, so I would be aswesome if I could set up a scheduled flow to permanently delete them to prevent flooding our site recycle beens with useless list items that make it almost impossible for users or admins to find docs or items that really do need to be recovered.

MS, can you please include an option in this action that will allow the flow designer to decide whether they want the item to go through the recycle process or be permanently deleted?
