My customer sends text messages to admin whenever there is an outage reported in the Cherwell. Application that sends those Text messages are now outdated and very labor intensive. Customer wants to see if they can use newer technology to broadcast the outage messages to a group in TEAMS for alerting and notifications. Same TEAMS group can be leveraged for the use cases as well.
I was thinking if we can either every minute run a Flow or may be a web hook so every time new ticket gets created with outage type we can send the alert and notifications to TEAMs group.
