Cisco webex meeting detail capture

I am trying to record information about the name of event, date of event and invitation list from the cisco webex meeting invites that are sent by email. There does not seem to be a way to access this information and put it into an excel sheet at the moment. This would greatly help in tracking operations for a company whose main engagements are solely through Cisco webex meetings, cisco webex training and cisco webex events.
