Complexe options of flow from Teams

Idea

In this video, Jon uses a bot to call a flow. It would be nice to have the same functionnality without using a bot. 

Exemple:

/ChangeStatus "Space bar"

Then, you see the options (Start actions, Request approbation, Finish project)*Custom actions* and depending on the selection, a specific flow is started or, the selection is passed to the Flow.

(Could be nice to see the actual status too: (In progress, Pending approbations from @Approuver, Finished)

PS: Something like the command box for the discution so it's possible to keep the status of the project up to date without having to keep it up with the discution.
