Copy Folder in SharePoint List

I'm using a SharePoint list with content types enabled for two content types.

1. A folder with added columns so I can sort and filter folders, and

2. A standard list item with some columns added.

(I'm using this similar to document sets, but for a SharePoint list instead of a library.)

The current Copy Folder action errors if used on a list. I would like to be able to copy a folder in a SharePoint list, not just libraries.
