Create a Variable feature that can be used to represent an email address or other often changing value

We use Power Automate to forward critical email alerts to our on-call employees.  Every week, we have to update the email recipient address in several flows due to a new on-call person. I am suggesting that a variable be created (e.g. $OnCallNumber) that can represent an email address.  That way, we only have to change a variable value in one place instead of email addresses in several places. This variable idea could be used in other areas as well.

Why don't you want to create and use such variable yourself? Pretty easy task IMHO.
