We need the ability to delete a flow bot message from a channel in Teams.
Especially when testing new power apps in a channel. The builder of the app needs the permissions to delete the test cards that are posted in the channel.
Both the builder and the receiver need this ability. My users would prefer a card to an email, but only if they can remove them.
Yes, I agree! It’s horrible to test the automation and then you can’t delete test cards in your channels so everyone can see your tests. Hopefully there will be a solution soon!
I need this badly.
How is this still NOT implemented, what a basic a request? It shouldn't even be hard, an admin should be able to delete any message or post within a channel. The fact you can't and 2 years later it's still not implemented. @v-litu-msft how is this not implemented yet?
Bot messages that stay in a channel forever?
I think it is due to authorizations. Currently I cannot remove Flow Bot messages/cards etc from channel, but in my old company (Teams) I was able to delete any created output from Power Automate.
yeah, this is annoying to have all of your test cluttering up the channel
I have full authorizations in Teams as I'm the admin, still cannot delete them. Is there a setting somewhere that I'm missing maybe?
