I want the user to be able to select a file in a SharePoint library and then apply a value from a searchable drop down canvas app to that file. I know that I could manually enter values into the "for a selected file" user input drop down, but I'm dealing with over 1,000 values here so a searchable combo box would be more appropriate for the user.
Or is this currently possible somehow? I can't figure out how to get the canvas app to recognize when a particular file is selected in SharePoint, or vice versa-- not sure how to call up the canvas app mid-flow via the "for a selected file" trigger. It seems that the "for a selected file" trigger and the powerapps trigger are mutually exclusive. Is that right? If so, I would like to upvote any existing ideas out there to reconcile this.
