Email content improvement for "Start an approval" action

When using Forms as trigger for an approval; approval email notification always include flow creator profile pic and name on top. Doesn't matter who does an entry in form; email notification at top automatically includes flow creator profile pic and name.

Email notification: In this case another user entered a record in form; but email notification is showing my profile as I was flow creator. Approvers in my case would get confused because it may indicate I created an entry in Form.

Hi ..

There is a way round this issue

Change the action from outlook email .. and replace it with Mail

It then sends the email to the designated address and the sender is Microsoft Flow instead of your name

Hope it helps

@Mandylfdo you mean from Outlook.com to Office 365 Mail which I am using and the "Requested By" with my name is still showing in the email notification body?

Hi, but usualy it isn't a single person who is requesting the process.  In most large corporations a workflow is triggered by policy...  We need to have the option to remove the Requested by  text all together.  It is not professional.  I tried adding a Shared mailbox email address as the Requestor but the Flow failed.  Seems like such an obvious requirement.
