Excel Online - Trigger: Comment Created

I would have liked to build a 'flow' similar to a base function to google sheets.

Whereas the user can create a comment on a specific row/column e.g. G23 and add

the mail-adress of a person into the comment. The person lateron gets a notification via mail that this specific field in the 

table has been edited and that a comment was created. 


In order to do so I would need a excel trigger 'comment created', where I can specificy that it should check for a 

mail-adress in that comment. If that is the case it should send e-mail notifications to the person.
