We would like to be able to run Power Automate flows that can be created/executed in SharePoint from Teams / Lists.
Currently, there is no function to create or execute a flow from a list in Teams, so it is necessary to start SharePoint or Microsoft Lists, which takes time and reduces business efficiency.
I am new to Power Automate and to this community, but I believe there is a way to do what you are asking for. In the bottom-left corner of the Microsoft Teams window, right above the Help icon, there is an icon titled Apps. If you click on it, and search for Power Automate, you can install the PA app in Teams. Once that is done, you have the option to create new flows from the menu bar at the top of the screen, and in the More Commands menu found on the flow itself gives you the option to run.
