Hi, our end users are complaining about the first time sign-up for the Flow app and the promotional emails they are receiving. We are hoping Microsoft can improve the new user experience. The signup process should be quick and easy as the end user is presented this sign-up at the point at which they are approving a particular item as part of an Approval Flow action.
We don't like that for "United States" you don't get the checkbox to opt out of promotion emails upfront. Although our users are in Australia, they miss the country box as they are generally in a hurry.... Therefore they end up getting the promotional emails... Would be great if the 'opt out' checkbox could be added for United States. I guess we can live with the x 2 welcome emails but the monthly emails are not acceptable. They are not of interest to end users who are simply interacting with workflows.
