Flow checks time I send an O365 email and Delay Delivery if the email is sent after workhours

Nearly none of us does not work somehow after workhours and I have noticed that some (may be most of) receipients hate to receive emails (on their mobile phones!) at 2:00 am! I do not mean send them the email and expect they read that time, in fact, I mean the brand new day (8:00 am).


I wish Flow checks if i send an emails after workhours, depends on my regional settings!, hence delay delivery to a chosen time, say 8:00 am.
