Fuller EventBrite Integration

I like the ability to pull a few basic items from each Eventbrite event that is added but could use more fields and the ability to get updates.  Haven't figured out how to get the Swagger or JSON files to do it myself.

CCan you tell me where the ability to pull from eventbrite is and where do you pull it to? I am looking to integrate it to dynamics.

There is an Eventbrite connector in the premium section.  It has two triggers.  One runs when a new event is created.  It only has Title, Start, Stop, Price and Enrollment (which would always be zero on creation).  There is no update trigger for events.  The other trigger is for changes in orders or sign ups.  I have not yet used that item. 

 

We would like to get more information and be able to update our file.  Most importantly would be the enrollment figure.  We do not have the ability to create our own triggers which requires manipulating swagger API files.  

 

Would be very interested in getting a fuller Eventbrite implementation. We love the ease of use with Eventbrite for our clients but we have a lot of "back room" operations that need to take place and would like to automate them.  If you come accross anything, let me know.

I too love the functionality of Eventbrite but the connections in Power Automate aren't quite there.

 

The ability to create a register of an event in Excel is what I'm really after but the Triggers and Actions aren't quite set up right.

 

Furthermore, I've tried to pull and event into a Share calendar in Outlook but again, the connections aren't quite right.

Been looking at EB connector and it is limited.

 

I cannot see how I can use it other than in its basic sense I volunteer at non profit and as such do not have access to the distribution list.  So I want to be able send all the information on an event including a link to a Teams meeting and all the person at the non-profit has to do is to add all the contacts to the invite and send out.  Currently we seem to have to copy information form emails into EB and setup a teams invite.  I don't know if once you enter the basic invite info into EB and run a flow with the connector if it sends it out.  Its not very good and I do not know why it is in the premium offering.

Hi @WDRC 

 

I'm not sure what version of Teams you have but, with recent updates, the need to use EB for webinar promotions has almost become redundant.

 

When setting up a meeting in Teams, switch it to webinar by clicking 'Require Registration: For Everyone'

This then allows you to create a link to a registration form for your delegates to register too:

Once the person has registered, the event is put in the calendar, along with the Teams link to the webinar.
