I would like to receive all mails (or limited by a filter query) from a certain folder in a shared mailbox (Outlook 365).
in General: I think all functions that are possible for personal mailboxes should also be available for shared mailboxes.
We have added support for an optional mailbox address parameter in almost all email operations in the "Office 365 Outlook" connector. You can use this field to specify the mailbox address for the shared mailbox.
@SameerCh Any documentation on the use of that, I have had a look through the connector and flow options and cannot see a field called "Mailbox Address"
We have documented this update, where we have actions with an optional mailbox address parameter to specify a shared mailbox - https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/connectors/office365/#shared-mailbox-support
I can see this in, for example, Get email (V2). Is there a specific action you are looking at which doesn't have it?
I'm using Get email (V3) on a shared email box but receiving the error message "Item id does not belong to the current mailbox".
Update: This is fixed by removing then re-adding the connector. Thanks
@SameerCh @bezhan-msft - I am trying to use Get Emails (V3) for a shared inbox - is this possible?
Hi all, I've added a new idea, asking for the Shared Inbox options to be added to Get emails (V3) and When an email is flagged (V3)
I'd just like the same choices as 'Send an email from a shared inbox (V2)' or the 'When a new email arrives in a shared mailbox (V2)' flow triggers.
Please vote it here - https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Building-Flows/Add-shared-inbox-option-for-Get-emails-V3-and-Whe...
