The Shifts application within Teams, while strong, still leaves a lot to be desired. For us, the automation of creating shifts needs to be a priority. Whether there is a flow that can connect to a database or a way to import using an excel file, this is a must for any organization with a lot of shifts. Creating these manually simply is a non-starter for our team to use this application.
If we had a way to automate the creation (and potentially add custom fields in this process) that would be brilliant and make this a useful application for larger orgs.
