The message generated to notify a flow owner that a flow has failed is unhelpful to the point of being irritating. If the system is smart enough to recognize that a flow has failed, it needs to be smart enough to provide the identity of not just the flow, but the SPECIFIC INSTANCE of the flow as well. Looking at the Run History does not always show what failed. If the start time of the failed flow instance is provided as its identity, finding and solving the failure would be much easier.
