Instagram trigger: new post

Would be good to have a trigger for someone posting a new picture in their Instagram. I want to be able to track an instagram user, whenever they post something new, I get an email (so I don't have to go to instagram)

Also be able to track hashtags as it is done on Twitter

Wow this is killing me. 

 

Either need the ability to make a Instagram post or a training/demo/some sort of advanced/approachable method to add it on my own. I am learning, so why the basic "posting" capacity of 'all' social media platforms isnt there already is beyond me. But the ability to show it off to our executive teams is not there yet. If I can get the thing going it would be AMAZING.
