Lets create Outlook appointments with dates from a sharepoint list

Hey. We would seriously need the option to send Outlook appointments to the people who create an entry in a sharepoint list.

We do holiday requests with sharepoint list. Then it would be possible to send an appointment to the person whos request got confirmed.
