MICROSOFT FLOW APPROVAL WITH DELEGATION

in cases where an approval is pending, and the approver(s) are not available, it stays stuck indefinitely waiting until the set approver(s) action it. Please help how to delegate.

we are starting to use Flow more and more in our organisation and delegation for approvals is a must.
