Make step renaming more robust

I have experienced problems with renaming steps that are referenced in subsequent steps. Especially if you rename a "for each" step I have experienced that the flow "broke" and I could not save changes. At the moment it seems that the best practice is to remember to rename your steps before you continue creating child steps. That is not a very good user experience.
