It would be awesome if flows could be manually triggered, but also optionally support a delay time.
Another option that could work as a workaround is if manually triggered flows could have Date/Time inputs. Then that date/time could be used as a dynamic content for a Delay Until action. However, right now it looks like there is only a Date input.
My use case is that I have an instant flow that takes in some inputs and generates an email. I'm heading out of town and need the flow to run while I'm out of town. I could start my flow today (I have all the inputs I need), but I want it to actually run on a specific date. As a workaround, I'm manually crafting the email and using Outlook's Delay Delivery feature, but it would be awesome for instant flows to be able to effectively be scheduled in advance.
