Merge multiple PDF into one document

In my example i export an E-mail to .eml and convert it to PDF. And some E-mails have a PDF attachment. Currently i cannot merge the multiple PDF into one document. Please provide this function without Addons. I know that Muhimbi can do this, but 99$/mo is no option for our small business.
