Microsoft Forms trigger has Split On = Off by default.
This means every Form trigger starts with an array of usually 1 response, and the Flow is unecessarily complex because of an extra for-each right from the beginning.
I see this was the result of part of the fix since 2017-10. https://powerusers.microsoft.com/t5/Microsoft-Flow-Community-Blog/We-are-fixing-Microsoft-Forms-conn...
I think the trigger should default to Split On = true. Since that makes a much easier Flow.
