Microsoft Forms and Flow

Hi, I am using Microsoft Forms  and unfortunately, Forms does not have the option to email the individuals' responses to themselves. Can someone suggest plugins or methods on how this task can be automated using flow. Or any other ways that can help me achieve this task.

I work in a services department where we currently get emails requesting tasks or data sets for events, mailings etc. I would like to create a request form in Forms but I do not want to have to go out and check the responses frequently. It would be nice to set up a flow to receive an email each time a response is submitted to the form.

I want this too

It would be really good if Forms could be integrated with Flow.  For example, when someone responds to my form, I'd like to create a workflow that can pull the response from forms and add it as a new row to an Excel file.  Functionality like that would be extremely useful in automating the response-pulling process from forms, as well as facilitate response viewing and such.

It would be great to link Flow with Microsoft Forms in order to get email notifications when forms are filled out.

Microsoft Forms team is already planning a connector for Flow. Unofrtunately, we don't have an ETA for this right now.

We are working with the Forms team to expose most useful scenarios for our users - would be great if you could share a note on the types of Flows you are hoping to build using a Forms connector.

Yes, that would be great and very useful in my position as well!

Microsoft Forms team is already planning a connector for Flow. However, as Microsoft Forms does not yet have a public REST api for us to integrate with, unfortunately, we don't have an ETA for this right now.

Would like Microsoft Form to create entry in Sharepoint List, Send email alerts

As the title suggests, once a submission is made from a Microsoft Form, it should be able to be used as a trigger in a Flow.

This would allow you to do things on a form submission such as:

  • Email a notification to staff
  • Email a response back to the user
  • Forward the submission to a database
  • Create a lead record in a CRM
  • Enter the user into marketing automation campaigns
  • Use it as a way of submitting commands to other services and API endpoints

I'm actually fairly suprised this hasn't already been done. It would have been one of the first features I would have requested.
