Microsoft To-do is a great tool but there are no triggers in Power Automate and the actions are quite limited. I would like to see the following triggers and actions added if possible:
Triggers
- When a new task is created
- When a task is added to My Day
- When a task is assigned to me
- When a task is added to a list
- When a task is completed
- When a task is due
- When a task is deleted
- When a list is created
- When a task step is marked as completed (checklist item is marked)
- When all steps are completed
Actions
- List tasks in My Day
- List tasks in a specific List
- List tasks with a filter ability (by due, name, owner, reminder etc)
- Create task step
- Update a task
- Update a task with a step
- Create/Update task with Attachments
- Assign task to List/My day
