Need Triggers for Dynamics 365 Operation

There are no Triggers available for Dynamics 365 Operations like 'When a record is created, Upated, Deleted'. In our current project we have to flow data from Dynamics 365 Operations to Sales.

Is there any other way to achive this ?

I am Sunil Garg, the PM for F&O connector. We wanted to share that we are starting work on adding triggers to our connector. We expect this to be available in Q1 of CY2019.

In any case, we would like to connect with you to know more about your scenarios while we work on triggers. It will help us further to make sure we take into account any new use cases which we might have missed. Pls. do not hesitate to reach out to us.

We really need this for our incoming projects...!!

Here's a couple ideas for trigger:

- When an order is created (be able to send email to xxx, such as sales person, CSR, ...)

- When a customer goes over their credit limit, send email to finance

Advocate I

These would be great. Also when a project is initiaed from estimate/quote.

I agree, with everyone, Flow Triggers are necessary for Dynamics Finance & Operations.

Still no action on this in sight. Smiley Sad

Looks like Microsoft makes steps to move forward. After Platform Update 24 (D365F&O) we may use Business Events to trigger a Flow. Please find more details here

Any update on the timing of the launch of triggers for Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations?

Any update on this. We are very much looking forward to these triggers! At the moment we've made a workaround using recurring triggers and modified data comparisons to get chenged data from D365FO.
