Need a Sharepoint trigger when a list item is deleted

It seems like basic functionality to have a trigger when a Sharepoint list item is deleted, but somehow, that functionality doesn't exist. I'm not sure exactly how you could have created a trigger for when a list item is created and NOT realized, 'hey, maybe we need to have a trigger for when the item is deleted, too'!

Throwing another vote into the "please immplement something" hat.

Something needs to handle this sort of event, be it a trigger or make it a flag in the list item modified (deletion is nothing more than a kind of modification, eh?)  lol

This has been a long time coming now, suprised there is no update by Microsoft as this is a fairly standard request.

At this time, we are capable of creating actions such as sending an email, or creating calendar events when a list item is created.

It is only logical that when a list item is deleted, we should be able to delete the calendar event from users calendars. To be able to do this, we require a trigger for "SharePoint - When an item is deleted".

If you are using Modern UI and PowerApps, you could theoretically just have the Flow get triggered by a "Delete" button on the PowerApp. Or if you customized the list form using PowerApps, you can add the button / Flow trigger there as well.

Being able to run flow on something being deleted would seem trivial, but I suspect the way things are delete in SharePOint, make this difficult to do.  Even with Workflow you dont have an ondelete event.  Not srprised it hasnt made its way into flow.
