New Folder Alert

I see tons of flows to address files added, deleted, moved, etc.  But, I'd like to send an email when a folder is added to a Sharepoint library.  Right now, I only see how to do it with files...but I don't want an email for each file in the folder.  Especially since some of the folders we need alerts on contain hundreds of files.
