Just like we have the ability to tag this post, many of us probably need to be able to work easily with Outlook mail categories.

As indicated, categories are needed as: triggers, filtering criteria, and just general organization in Outlook. I can't believe that such an important Outlook element isn't already part of the basic Outlook connectors.

Is it possible to set up this rule tenant wide for all users or would every user need a pro plan?

Would like to tag all emails with "Archived" which have our emailarchivesystem in CC.
