it would be helpful to have a trigger when a new contact is created. All sorts of actions may be useful out of this - create a file, send an email etc. I would use this with an Excel Spreadsheet that I and some customers use.
Not only for creation, but in general for all CRUD operations on contacts we need triggers. It just doesn't make sense not having them as there are so many cases where they could be used with 3rd party address books, Dynamics CRM, SharePoint and so on.
This functionality is available in Zapier and even Integromat. It seems weird to me that it is not available from MS who own both sides of the transaction.
Tha lack of this is the only reason I have to exit to another provider.
Any news about implementing the Create Contact trigger? The topic has been open 2 1/2 years ago and no solution has been provided. Is this so hard to implement? Come on!

Wholeheartedly agree with all other commentors...this would be a most wonderful Flow addition to Outlook. Would hate to leave the MS platform for a 3rd party solution.
