When you tag something with "To Do" in OneNote, create a Planner My tasks entry.
I agree that a trigger from a OneNote To Do tag is needed. I would like the action to be that a corresponding task is added to Microsoft To Do. I understand there is a workaround by selecting text and choosing to create an Outlook Task but that is time consuming and error prone when adding a lot of tasks.
Similar triggers should be able to be defined on other tags.
