Parse Email Body and store the content in SharePoint List

Hello Team,

I am trying to store the content in Sharepoint List as soon as email arrives in outlook.

Basically i want to parse the email body. Till now what i learnt is this is not possible only we can store the full body in Sharepoint Multiline of text column but we cannot parse the content in HTMl in mails.

Please let me know in future we can have this.

Hi there,

Courtenay from Parserr here. Just wanted to let you know. This is exactly what Parserr does. We were added to Flow last week and very excited about it.

Parserr allows you to turn incoming emails into useful data to use in various other 3rd party systems. You can use to extract anything trapped in email including email body contents and attachments.

Let me know if you need any help. Id gladly set this up for you.

I am looking for a similar solution, I looked at parser, but its a bit too expensive for the use case I have.

Advocate I

Yeah ... 100 per month to start!   Price point too high.

Hi @asmusz

We actually start at $49/month for Microsoft Flow

Sorry to step on any toes, but the Parserr functionality should be built into Flow. It would open up a lot of possibliities to be able to parse things, not just email.

I fully agree.  This functionality should be built into Flow.

I would also like this, without having to pay for a premium service

Oh, come one! Did you even read the suggestion? The point is not to convert html to raw text, the point is to be able to parse information from emails, i.e. extract information tidbits and convert them individually to data items, which can then be stored in Sharepoint or whatever.

Absolutely in no way completed.
