Planner Trigger - When task is created or updated

The Planner trigger for when a task is created already exists, but it would be great to have a trigger including both created and updated. So that if tags, comments, assignees, buckets, etc. change, it will trigger the flow to run. To prevent excessive updates, it would be great if the last update could start a timer for 30min or 1hr so that if many changes are happening at once, each change will restart the timer, and it will only run automatically after 30min from the last change.
